REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Order Cancellations If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, please wait until the package arrives, then contact our support team to arrange a return — you will receive a full refund once the return has been processed.

Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days after receiving the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by contacting us via the contact form or by emailing us at info@shopevotech.com. You will then receive all further instructions regarding your return by email.

EU Consumer Rights In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, consumers within the European Union have additional statutory rights that apply regardless of these terms and conditions. These include but are not limited to the right of withdrawal for online purchases and warranty rights under EU consumer protection legislation. Nothing in this return policy affects your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws, which may provide additional protections beyond those outlined in this policy.

How to Request a Refund Please inform us of your decision to return the item by sending a message via the contact form or by emailing info@shopevotech.com. You will then receive all further information regarding the return by email. After that, the items must be returned to our return address at your own expense within the 30-day return window.

Who Bears the Return Shipping Costs? The costs of return shipping are borne by the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

When Can the Customer Expect a Refund? Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, via the originally selected payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return — whichever comes first.

Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), within 5–7 business days after receipt of your returned goods or proof of return — whichever is earlier. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if that diminished value is the result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
