HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? (1 + 2)

The delivery timeframe consists of two periods:

1) Processing Time (1-2 Business Days): Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packaging Within 12-24 hours after placing your order, it will be reviewed and approved. Once the order is released in our system, production will be commissioned. For products with personalized processing, it takes approximately 1-2 days to produce the product, ensure quality, and package it.

2) Delivery Time (approximately 6-12 business days depending on country): The duration from our international shipping center in China to the delivery location. Once the item has been picked up from our international shipping center in China, it takes approximately:

  • European Union (all 27 countries): 7-10 business days*
  • United Kingdom: 6-9 business days*
  • Switzerland: 8-11 business days*
  • United States: 9-12 business days*
  • Canada: 10-14 business days*
  • Australia: 7-10 business days*
  • New Zealand: 8-12 business days*

*All shipping times exclude customs and customs delays. During peak times such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day, delays may occur.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Please note that cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, please wait until the package arrives, then contact our support team to arrange a return to our returns address — you will receive a full refund once the return has been processed.

RETURNS & RETURN SHIPPING For returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and bears the full cost. All returns must be sent to our returns facility at:
